The Parable of the Unjust Steward is not well understood by most pastors in the church. This is because they do the very thing the unjust steward does in this parable. The unjust steward represents those unsaved church leaders who are not faithful to the Word of God. They provide worldly wisdom, but compromise the truth of the Word of God. Unfortunately, they are often well received in churches. This is because they appeal to the many unsaved people who are in the church. This parable teaches that a person cannot serve two masters.
