Jesus performed many miracles. Some of them are recorded in the Gospels in the Bible. These miracles (signs) are amazing actions that validated Jesus Christ as God. Moreover, these ‘signs’ indicate that the miracles contain a much greater spiritual truth. An example is the lowering of a paralyzed man through the roof to be healed by Jesus. The house was crowded with religion people (Pharisees). But, four men lowered him through the roof. There are many spiritual truths in this miracle. First, the men on the housetop lowered him.
